CANCELLATIONS
My cancellation deadline is 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within that 48 hour window, you will be charged a cancellation fee that is 50% of your scheduled service. If you no show you will also be charged a 100% fee AND you will NOT be able to book another appointment unless you pay a NON-REFUNABLE deposit of your next appointment upfront. I ask that you please do your best to reschedule or cancel at least 2 weeks before the beginning of your appointment. For any adjustments within this window please e-mail me.
PAYMENT, GRATUITY & CLIENT SATISFACTION
I accept all forms of credit card, cash & Zelle. Gratuity is always appreciated and can be added to your bill.
