
CANCELLATIONS
My cancellation deadline is 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within that 48 hour window, you will be charged a cancellation fee that is 50% of your scheduled service. If you no show you will also be charged a 100% fee AND you will NOT be able to book another appointment unless you pay a NON-REFUNABLE deposit of your next appointment upfront. I ask that you please do your best to reschedule or cancel at least 2 weeks before the beginning of your appointment.
PAYMENT, GRATUITY & CLIENT SATISFACTION
I accept all forms of credit card, cash & Zelle. Gratuity is always appreciated and can be added to your bill.
All sales are final.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your cut or color, please let me know within a week of your service. I am happy to make adjustments. Requests outside this window will be granted at my discretion.
Requests made after 3 weeks will not be honored.
